We have been scammed by Oyo and this establishment. We booked and paid through Oyo. Upon reaching the venue at night I was told that Oyo had made a mistake as the hotel was full and they couldn't offer us any rooms. I was told that Oyo would refund the money. Since it was night, the guy took us to another hotel he owned nearby, with a seperate and more expensive charge. The next day, I get a mail saying I have been checked in and checked out at the initial hotel and I won't be getting any refund. I have all the receipts as proof of this scam and yet Oyo will not help me. They keep putting me in a loop of mails that always end with the same outcome. Absolute scam

Room is just ok. No maintainance at all. Bathroom door handle is broken. Huge noise came from AC we thought ot was about to explode. Small lobby area and corridor. But room size is ok. No glass tumbles or plates are available.

The hotel is in the best location but everything else is not up to expectation. The rooms are very small in size and not cleaned regularly. All the left overs from checked out customer were lying in bathroom. Bathroom fittings came out when trying to use. TV was not recharged even after multiple request. Used towels were given. Bed linen was not changed. Worst experience. Got fooled by the photos and some good reviews. Don't waste your money.

Decent hotel. Staff is polite. Very close to Nexus mall and a lot of popular places (Koramangala 7th Block). Walking distance from Chefsbay for North Indian food. You’ll also find a supermarket / grocery store named “Village” closeby.

It's sad that I have to give me at least 1* rating, how I wish they had negative rating option. 1) I confirmed that I would get a early check-in but then I had to speak, request, argue for like half an hour to get it even though they had vacant rooms. And yet it was disappointing because they told me, they don't know whom I spoke to and were not even ready to talk to the concerned person to help. 2) We book the rooms for friends or family and we are not allowed to meet! What's with that rule I have no clue they don't have a conference room, no gathering place and they say the rule "No visitors allowed." 3) I doubt even if it's a 3* hotel, the service was pathetic. They didn't have ACremote, water in the room, we had to walk down 6 floors to get that. They didn't have the courtesy to check if the room has a remote and water. 4) Now the washroom, the wash basin pipe was broken we couldn't even use it and I informed them and yet unresponsive. 5) The people sitting in the reception are so unprofessional, the building looks fine from the outside but the inside part is terrible. The atmosphere itself is terrible. Everytime we do something there comes their rule! 6) My friends were told the check-in is at 12 pm and the deadline was 1pm. They reached there at 11:45 and they didn't provide the room until 12:42! But of we come late even though we have paid, we would be charged and not allowed. 7) They have a policy of 'Pay while Check-in' even a good hotel has pay while check out rule, I don't know what's with this place. They charge so much but they don't even bother to give a good service. 8) No good service, very unprofessional people and I had to ring the number the customer care people gave me 12 times! The list can go on and on... Choosing this hotel was a pathetic mistake, I would never recommend this hotel!
