This property allows checkin only at or after 10 AM IST and checkout before 5 PM IST on the same day.

According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

4. Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

Food is top notch breakfast is awesome, worth the money and stay. Especially night we had ginger garlic prawns that's super international quality . The taste still I can feel after a week, thanks to the chef and amazing staff, Especially Ruth very soft even at 11 pm she have a smile at her face to serve

I stayed in this hotel on last year December, Everything was good , the floor which I stay Canot sleep well, there was sound comming from corridors, phone ring , people voice . Rest all was ok .

Great location. Mini bar and snacks at MRP. Food at a decent price. Rooms are good. Breakfast was good South Indian with a tinge of continental. Only issue was with parking . They parked my new car over on the road and it came back with a scratch. They badly need to invest on getting a muticar level park till they complete construction.

Lovely experience staying at citrus. Super clean, rich ambience and an extremely pleasant and helpful staff..specially Mr. Prince (guest service associate). A warm and friendly guy at the reception who guided us and took care of us throughout the stay .. highly recommend this place

Great location, right on Cunningham Road. Reception area was comfortable. Party hall was nicely decorated, staff was prompt and food was tasty. The rooftop dining/pub is awesome with lovely view. Areas of improvement - Parking area can be improved. No water in common washroom.
