Rooms r very crampy. Poor staffing Don't clean rooms properly n don't change bedsheets daily Can see small insects Water is yellow colour in the bathroom Don't supply hot water even in the morning Being in the midst of good environment, otherwise, not worthy.

An Friendly place to stay with excellent staff service ( Abdul Hussain & team giving excellent service customer friendly ) best hotel to stay for single person and You can hardly find such hotels with 24hrs check in. Staff was extremely arrogant and didn't adhere to what was listed on booking.com. Ended up having a fight with the manager. Cleanliness was not good and when asked to get the room cleaned the staff said they'd already cleaned and kept the room and wouldn't do it again

I booked a room in another hotel (through Agoda) which is just 50 meters away from this hotel. Both hotels have similar names. One is "Ur Comfort" and this one "Corporate Comfort" . So by mistake we came to this hotel and met a very decent looking senior gentleman in the reception. Since there wasn't any board showing the hotel name, I asked him if this is "Hotel Ur Comfort" and showed him the agoda booking confirmation mail. He checked it and asked us to check in. Even before filling the form he asked the service guy to take our luggage to the room. Once we checked in he called us and said he is not able to find out the booking confirmation from Agoda. He said, don't worry you can cancel that and we will register once again with the same rates. Luckily we found out that this is not the Hotel Comfort that we booked. He was acting as if he didn't know this Hotel which is just 50 meters nearby. Fraud people. Unclean room and bathroom. And most importantly not trustworthy!
