Absolutely pathetic staff behaviour. I booked an AC room in OYO and also checked with the reception desk before check-in and they confirmed availability. Upon reaching I was informed that AC room isn't available and the reception staff asked me to talk to Oyo or go find another hotel. They completely denied the call I had made to confirm the booking too. I had to pay for AC room after they assured that I will get AC room the next day. Its 12 pm and I'm still waiting for the room next day. There are power outages and it takes hours to get it fixed. Until then electricity is cut off. I'm not even going to talk about the staff service. Rooms are just enough clean but no amenities inside. Not even a towel. Not recommended at all for a decent stay. Stay away

The hotel location is average. The rooms are okayish considering the price. But think 100 times before visiting this property. The staffs are arrrogant and rude. They do not know how to attend guests and lack basic courtesy. They behave in such a way as if they are doing a favour to the guests by letting them stay in their property.

After we reach far from at this property and they sed there is no rooms available here. And my partner above 18 years old.. still adhar card not accepted.. very disappointed.. they tried to fooling innocent peoples. Also their behaviour is so rude 😤

Staff will ask extra 1K to check in. If we didnot pay he won't leave to check in. Please U people don't book this Hotel. that staff behavior was very rude.

Not a good place to stay. The management is too bad. The rooms are not maintained well. We planned to stay for a day and booked but we checked out in less than 4 or 5 hours. That much not worthy place to stay. Specially the services are very worst and no response from the services management.
