The WiFi was not working The condition for one washroom was so unhygienic and even rooms were not properly cleaned. The key provided for the room was not working. for our second room no key was provided even. rooms were not clean, there was used full ash tray there which was not even cleaned before we checked-in. No water was there in the washroom in morning and taps were so unhygienic. the condition of the room was pathetic. I won't ever visit this oyo ever and neither suggest to anyone. Probably worst oyo I have ever visited

Doesn't value for money, rooms are okay but bed sheets were dirty and smelly, Geyser wasn't working and the smell of sewage from outside will irritate you.

Pathetic...Not good service, No warm water ( geezer are not working )and no Warm temperature in room. Also very loud noise in hotel at night

Hotel room was specious but old. Washroom were not clean enough. Toiletries provided were pretty basic. It took 3 calls and more than an hour wait to get our breakfast. And when it came it was not only part of what we ordered. The staff said he will bring the rest of it but he never came back. Only positive was that he let us stay till one hour after the check out time.

Receptionist asks for your phone & gives 5 STAR rating for hotel at checkout. this is how people become fool. HIGHLIGHTS OF MY STAY: 1>Room initially provided was extremely dirty with garbage lying on the door. So, i had to ask for another room. 2>The pillow covers in the room i stayed were dirty, & it took more than 1 hour & 5 phone calls for hotel staff to get it changed. Till then, i had to sit & wait. 3>Washroom was too dirty(as expected from google reviews) & shower was totally inoperable as it was broken.There was no exhaust fan also. 4>The toilet was extremely stained with gutka and paan. even the seat flap was in unscrewed and just somehow lying on the seat.
