They are thieves. I booked their room from oyo at a discounted price. When i reached there they said our charges are more than what you paid online you have to pay us extra money here to check in. They refused to let me by saying you can call customer care we can't let you in. I had to cancel my booking and find another hotel which was frustrating.

Oyo 75911 cosy tree 1 Location on map is not correct 2 TV not working 3. Ac ( window) was on but not working 4. Bathroom was not clean 5. Water spillage from toilet 6. Found used condom in dustbin. 7. Not hygienic place 8. Only wifi is working

Very bad in terms of cleanliness and professionalism. I went there through OYO. Bathroom was in a condition that it was not usable. Very dirty rooms and everything, ashtray was so much dirty that i had to ask them to had it removed from room itself. In addition to that, linens were dirty. This hotel doesn't even deserve one star. Upon that, the hotel showed great level of professionalism. They asked me to show confirmation message for payment at the time of checkout. He asked to me let him see my mobile for confirmation and what he did was, he rated the stay as five stars himself, i found out this activity hours later when i tried to give rating. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Nice and cheap rooms available here. Check-in was smooth. Tv has good amount of channels which are not available at other hotels. It was clean. But few things i would like to mention that AC was leaking from front. There is no lift in the building you have to take stairs to reach your floor.

The worst rooms you can book online. They are on multiple platforms online but they show something else and reality is something else. Area smells like gutter and whole listing also smells like hell and pungent smell don’t go. worthless property.
