One of the worst place, dirty washrooms, bad rooms and the manager at reception doesn't know how to behave. Uses bad words, takes money and doesn't return any money when complaining about anything. Booked it for 2 days, left in an hour and manager doesn't even return the advance money taken. His family members had to come to calm him down. The manager doesn't know how to respect elders.One of the worst place and worst staff, specially the manager sitting at reception. Any option to give stars in negative would be the best for this place.

The hotel staff mentioned that only 3rd floor rooms are given away to guests, as the ground, 1st, 2nd floor rooms are occupied through the year for their long-staying guests (like a men's hostel). The TV was not working and the bathroom was quite dirty and water being accumulated (faulty civil work probably).

They upfront ask to cancel oyo booking. And pay them on daily basis as oyo gave me huge discount on stays. towel not provided asked twice thrice. water logging in toilet all the time gates of toilet not close. tv not working. mosquito and flies everywhere in whole building. you have to go for drinking water to ground floor as staff not available. there landline not working. worst stay ever in oyo. never recommend anyone to go here.

The manager of this hotel is very rude.Doesn't know how to respect elders and uses foul language and he didn't return the advance money taken.He should have been a beggar instead. Talking about the rooms...well... FILTHY is the word.Looks more like a concentration camp.Dirty washrooms can elevate the already disgusting experience. Hotel Budget Stayz should consider sweeping jobs,on the streets of Noida. Thats what they deserve. Worst hotel in NCR !!!
