I want to give 0(zero) rating. They always denied checking and ask to pay full amount in offline mode again. All Oyo hotels are doing this all time and their customer service is also very poor. These hotels also have many fake proxy reviews of 5 star. Never book hotels from Oyo platform.
They will waste not only money but your time also.

Oyo 11407 Hotel Royal King is like a black spot in hospitality. Even the owner doesn't know what is hospitality? When the guest is reaching the hotel (tired after a long journey to Ghaziabad) They are denying the check-in due to some issue between Hotel & MMT. But why the guest should suffer when I have booked the hotel 5 days in advance. They should have consulted with MMT before guest reach to the hotel. But Oyo 11407 Hotel Royal King doesn't care because they are busy to entertain the guest who is using the hotel for a couple of hours.

WORST ever experience !
Here is why I had to flee the hotel, in broad daylight:-
1. Room was unclean. Toilet was pathetic. Cobwebs everywhere (see attached pics).
2. Smaller issues -Light would switch on after blinking for 10 mins. The other light would not switch on at all (see pic of tube with dirt) - which they refused to resolve, citing "ye to har room me aise hi jalti hai" (it would switch on like this in every room)
3. Upon check-in, they told us that breakfast was chargeable, even when Oyo app mentioned "complimentary" breakfast in our package. They rejected to respect that.
4. We had paid online on Oyo. Upon reaching, they told us that they don't give rooms to advance online payment, as they were having some issues regarding payment with Oyo. But we were (un)fortunate they allowed us inside for 1 day as last resort.
5. The last thing of all, we checked on Oyo app for ratings, and found out the person sitting at reception had already given this hotel 5star rating from my phone himself without my knowledge, when he asked for my phone to see the booking code. :P That is how they have 4.4 on Oyo while 3.3 on GMaps, 3.2 on goibibo.
6. Finally, I read a review where similar things happened and a customer complained to Oyo helpline. Oyo called the hotel guys and they started acting rowdy with the customer.
I and my family fled the hotel even without check-out, and booked a new one.
We are having a hard time with Oyo customer care, who are dodging our request to register a complaint. The check-in guy was smart enough to register check-out from my phone during check-in itself. This I found out through customer care, and Oyo CC doesn't register your complaint if you complain after doing checkout.
So I just hope anyone who benefits by reading this doesn't have to undergo a similar experience. Beware of fraudulent ratings on Oyo.

Never ever go to this hotel.
- The guy with pony tail and receptionist are like mafia they will threaten to pay extra money or vacate if you book via Oyo.
- Hotel gate was not opened for almost 30 minutes in morning at 6:30 AM
- No way to lock the room's door from outside
- Bedsheets and door mats full of long hair
- Geyser, TV not at all working but OYO mentions the availability
- This hotel is basically used by locals for some different purposes, it's not for travellers and decent people.

The hotel staff is rude to customers, they added early check-in charge without even me being present at hotel. i reached hotel at 4pm, and before that they had added early check-in and added extra charge to room tarrif. oyo customer support also didn't help. the hotel receptionist was not supporting in this matter.
The reason why they doing all this fraud is they have 2 different listing for same property on oyo.
They are total fraud, looting the customers. Beware of them.
