A very cozy stay... The lighting in the room is a bit dim but apart from that most of it is great... Morning breakfast buffet is surely one u can't afford to miss.... Overall a good stay!

This is the best hotel in bidhan nagar.perfect place for couples.staffs are well behaved and maintain proper hygiene. Cost are very much affordable for foods and rooms as well for the banquets perfect for small party of 180 to 200 guest. I love it

We have stayed 3 nights and the experience was not so pleasant. In room Floor is very cold and they don’t provide slippers. We have stayed 3 people in a room but they only like to provide one towel. After repeated follow up got other 2 towels. Windows are not at all safe for kids as it can be opened and outside no safety net. Food is ok however breakfast menu is repetitive. Staffs were courteous except the lady in the reception. She is horrible !! Her behaviour is very cold and do not understand basic communication. Overall there are lot of rooms for improvement.

This property is well maintained. It is located in a prime location within 8-10km to some major landmarks. The rooms were clean and amenities were good.

We visit this hotel very often as we were really satisfied with their service ,atmosphere before. But today(10/10/23) we got disappointed, a lady receptionist fakely accused us for having cold drinks from minibar ,repeatedly she misbehaved with us without any clarification about the matter. Moreover they were charging us money for the cold drink we didn't have .This was really unexpected and horrible . Thank you.
