The hotel is awesome. It's a very nice hotel. Hotel is nearest from airport. Location is very prime. All the hotel stuffs are very good. Behaviour of the staffs are good. Rooms interior are very eye soothing. Hotel is very neat and clean. They maintain their cleanliness very well. Those who are coming Kolkata from outside they should must go for this hotel as it is near from airport. Other area of Kolkata from this hotel are well communicated. One should must stay here.

Front desk is useless. They charge extra for another person, but don't provide extra amenities necessary, I had to call the front desk 2 times for an extra towel, but they kept saying someone will come, no one came. Location is good, but that is all they have to offer. Rooms are smelling bad and very small, cleanliness is also not upto mark. TV works only after calling someone to fix it. They do not allow outside food or drinks. No parking, no valet. I have given 2 stars just because their room service is good. This hotel is not good enough for this price. It's not a hotel, it's a guest house. I would not recommend this hotel.

Thanks to Google as i didn't had an option to give rating below 1 star. The only good thing is that it is near to Airport (just 1 km). The hotel is average. The hotel is still under construction. The interior of the hotel is furnished with glossy mica, which I liked. I booked the most costly room of the hotel that is the Club room but the image shown on booking apps are very Old and they have done the exterior work outside the hotel which has covered the complete window. Due to the road construction the view is also not good. The rooms doesn't have any ventilation, not even an exhaust fan. The geyser is hidden and one need to switch on the geyser switch to get hot water but there is no notification about it pasted anywhere. The geyser switch is also a normal switch and not easy to distinguish from other switches. the water pressure in the tap is very slow, it took 20 min to get bucket full of water. There were not so many options for the morning breakfast, also the taste was very bad but the dinner was tasty. They don't have restaurant but they provide room service and believe me the room service is extremely bad. They took 1 hr to provide my room service order. They took 45 min just to give glass and plates at room. I ordered water bottle from room service, the MRP of the bottle was Rs 20 but they charged Rs 42. The AC started leaking from the roof in the night and they couldn't resolve the issue, at the end i had to ask them to change my room in the midnight. After reading all the above stuff if you still want to book stay at this hotel then i pray for your well being while you stay in this hotel.

The hotel is situated near the airport. This is the main plus point of this hotel. As the traffic of Kolkata is one of the worst in the Country. The hotel is average. Rooms are neat and clean. The hotel is situated on a 6 lane. The hotel is still under construction. The interior of the hotel is furnished with glossy mica, which I personally don't like too much. There were not so many options for the morning breakfast. But overall it's a nice hotel to stay for a quick time.

Extremely dissatisfied. 1. It's mentioned that they have parking, but there's no parking. We have to park in front of the hotel surrounded by scraps and got scratches while exiting. 2. Steam and smoke was coming out from AC, wifi was not connecting more than one device, after telling these issues to the reception, there was no solution. They told us to wait for a guy to come to check but no one came after calling several times to the reception. 3. A continuous sound of repairing work was coming making it very unpleasant stay. The food was average.
