I will never come back here. The attitude of the 3 men working there was terribly pushy. In my 5 months in India I have never experienced anything like this. Whenever I came down they kept pushing me to give a 10 star review. I said many times I will do it but later, but he wanted me to do it directly in my room. Every time when I came down I had to keep repeating myself to all 3 of them seperately... Then when I wanted to pay they were all 3 together at the reception and started again, putting me under pressure. One of them asked me once again to write it in their presence.. I said my phone was still in my room because it was charging. He said we can go to your room. I felt extremely uncomfortable but tried to stay polite. Also they were not honest to me. I asked how much it would cost for a late check-out. Actually it was almost the full price, with a little discount. I tried to negotiate lower but he said we charge so much because after 5 pm we cannot rent the room anymore. So that is why I paid almost the full price. Then suddenly at 7 pm they told me I had to quickly leave the room because another guest is coming (because I told them maybe I will leave around 7 pm), but after I paid almost the full price because they couldn't rent it anymore I thought I could stay longer. I could not relax here because they were trying to force me the whole time.

I had an excellent experience at the Eco Corporate INN in Kolkata. The service was top-notch, and the price was reasonable. The hospitality was truly awesome, and the hotel owners, who are both very kind, always made sure everything was okay and asked if I needed anything. Their warm and friendly personality added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended! 👍😊

Our welcome was done with a frooti which was unexpected to get from a budget friendly hotel. These small efforts shows their hospitality standard. The room here is a little bit small, else the food taste and quality, hygiene, cleanliness and everything else is good. An amenity like smart tv is an addon to make your stay more enjoyable. Would recommend everyone to try this property once. Staying since 2 days and enjoying our stay here. Thanks to the team.

Had an excellent experience staying here with my family. Right from check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. The manager and staff were extremely cooperative and well-behaved. The hotel is located just a bit down the main road, which keeps the area disturbance-free. The service was timely and excellent, and the staff made every effort to make sure all our needs were catered to. The food was very homely too and of excellent quality. Wifi had great speed and I had no problem working too. Very hospitable and homely atmosphere. Will definitely visit again, and recommend this place to others. Thanks to the staff and management for a great stay!
