I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff behaviour was excellent — they were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The service was top-notch, and every request was handled quickly and with a smile. Truly a great experience, and I would definitely love to visit again!

Had a great experience during a short business stopover in Kolkata. Despite booking the hotel at 7:30 AM for an 8 AM check-in, the hotel manager promptly called to confirm availability and even guided my driver to the location. Check-in was seamless, and the manager went the extra mile by offering local restaurant recommendations. Truly appreciated the warm and efficient customer service — made an unplanned visit feel well taken care of. Highly recommended!

The location was great — I stayed just for one night as my flight was the next day, and the hotel is conveniently close to the airport. However, there’s room for improvement in terms of service and hospitality, though it wasn’t a bad experience overall. The room we stayed in felt quite compact and a bit suffocating. Additionally, since the hotel is located right next to the main road, it tends to be quite noisy. This is just my honest feedback. Thank you for welcoming us and for your efforts.

Very bad behaviour from the staff, completely unprofessional. Rooms were dirty and unhygienic. They charged extra money after booking and even demanded money forcefully. Please don’t book this hotel through MakeMyTrip or Booking.com .it’s a total scam.
