A budget residential hotel with a quite helpful staff, good quality food etc. The cleanliness conditions and room service do not live upto expectations. There's a lot of scope for improvement in this matter. The changing of bed sheets, availability of pillows etc too happen only after repeated reminders. No proper place for clothes drying. Frequent Powercuts throughout the day, although doesn't last for long are quite annoying.

This hotel deserves a negative rating. Definitely not a place for a family to stay. We booked through OYO and the locality is full of bars. This hotel servers dirty drinking water in a railway water bottle. The room was okay, but the staffs were pathetic. No water was there in the bathroom in the morning when we had to catch a train. We called the reception multiple times and even we could here the ring, but the staffs were sleeping on the ground next to the reception desk and were not responding. While checking out one of the staff pulled my phone and submitted a 5 star review to OYO.

I haven't seen this type of dirty hotel till today. Room TVs are not working, bathroom lock is not working, toilets have commod blocks and bathroom are very dirty when i commplaint this no any proper reponse by staff....i give big zero star..

Ok. Staff is good. Nice Breakfast. Very short & walkable distance from Chandigarh railway station. Little bit only cleanliness needed.

I booked the room through OYO and paid full amount in advance, when I reached hotel for check-in the receptionist denied check-in by saying that "room not available". Further the behavior of receptionist is so arrogant and threatening one, I was forced to call Police
