The worst hotel I have ever stayed. The staff is completely untrained and the services are literally below a third class hotel, even the local hotels may be better than this hotel. During winters they switch off the central heating system in AC and they give you a heat blower only if u ask If u are looking for a comfortable stay then it is not recommended

My stay at Lemon Tree Hotel Chandigarh was fantastic! The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The convenient location made it even better. My Special thanks to Mr. Manas, Mr Jatin and Mr. Rippan for their good gesture during my stay at Lemon tree Highly recommended

The entire staff is very helpful and courteous. Starting from the watchmen to the housekeeping people everyone is too warm. Special mention to neeraj ji and ganesh ji from housekeeping for keeping my room crystal clean throughout my stay. Also, really liked how the Hotel has included differentially abled people in their staff who too are as good.

The service of lemon tree here is very bad! When we checked in the rooms were unclean! The food was just average and not much spread. There was a horrible construction sound which gave us a headache. During check out no one was bothered to come and help us with luggage. Only the security guard at the entrance was the most helpful and knew his job well. When we complained to the person at the reception (Mona)was arrogant and not willing to help either. Very bad experience from a brand like lemon tree.

Front office service is not satisfactory. The staff needs orientation. However the service at restaurant is really praise worthy. The rooms are cozy and clean . But you can't see through your window.In my bathroom the water was logged room no 217 but after my request the room was not changed. Besides this at the time of check out I was asked to pay for laundry charges when I haven't given anything for laundry.
