**Honest Review of OYO Supremo, Sector 45, Burali, Chandigarh** I recently had an unfortunate experience during my stay at OYO Supremo in Sector 45, Burali, Chandigarh. I feel compelled to share my honest feedback to help others make informed decisions about their accommodation choices. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find the hotel in a state of filth. The rooms were far from clean, with visible signs of fungus on the walls. The bed sheets and blankets provided were not only dirty but also seemed to be used without proper cleaning. It was evident that hygiene standards were not a priority at this establishment. The condition of the bathrooms was another major concern. They were dirty and poorly maintained, giving off an unpleasant odor. It was disheartening to see such a lack of attention to basic cleanliness, making the overall stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. Despite my hopes for a pleasant stay at OYO Supremo, the experience was marred by these cleanliness issues. I believe it's crucial for potential guests to be aware of these shortcomings before choosing this hotel. I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to address these hygiene issues promptly and ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests. He called OYO customer care & big scene was created.

Well this hotel is absolute garbage. We just needed a place to dump our bags, change and go out but this place didn’t even qualified as a storage facility. Don’t believe the pictures. Although I’d booked under no return policy but I guess the customer care had received lakhs of complaints in the past that they processed my refund instantaneously. The staff are good though. They offered us the alternatives and were fully aware that the rooms don’t look at all like the pictures. Please avoid this place and save your time & money.

Worst experience ever. Zero service. Zero rated hotel. Tried to loot for not giving the hard id cards. Was not accepting the digilocker Id card. Was demanding 100 rupees for that. After arguing and I was trying to call police he came into his senses. The room was worst. No cleaning and they made the AC not work. So no AC... Some fraud in 5 star rating of Oyo app... You are warned not to go there...

Very Very Worst experienced ever had in my life, No cleaning in the rooms, dirty washrooms, Staff speaks very rudely, and there is no proper room service. The owner or may be whoever is speaks very badly and rudely and have no manners how to speaks with the customers. The towels and Bedsheets are very dirty. Waste of Money, i don't recommended this hotel ever. Oyo app is fraud don't believe on Oyo

This experienced reminded me why I wasn't using OYO services. I was called on 1st and told that in order to save my booking, I'd need to allow them to complete check in so that they don't overbook due to rush of weekend. I obliged and allowed it and when I came to check in on 2nd morning 8 am, we were given a room, room no 33, which was not cleaned, did not have lock on door, small and smelly room with no toiletries such as soap and towels. There was no blanket as well. When informed that I need Wi-Fi as advertised in website as I've to work from 2 pm to 11 pm, they told me that room would be changed in few minutes. That few minutes lasted 4:15 hours. The new room, room 107 was assigned, which also did not had blanket. That room also do not have proper lock as wooden hinges were broken. Even if this was a hotel, we were not given water. One bottle was given and for that they asked us to pay hence we stopped asking even water from hotel. In the nutshell, even thought I paid for two days, I was given less than average room for just one day. There is no lift in the hotel and it's on first floor!
