Service was pathetic. Flush was not working and one switch was already broken in room no 209 before check in. They charged 400 extra forcefully while check out. Geyser was not available. Never ever think to stay there. The behaviour of the receptionist was unbearable.

Service very bad.. They provide hot water for drink after 4 times ask.. We found water and container was not pure.. My honest review if you are coming with family plz don't come here..

The room was clean and nice. We got there at 3 am early morning although the door was locked but in just one call the receptionist came and opened the door for us.

Room was quite a mess with dirty washroom and broken taps. If you’re looking for a budget stay near Chandigarh railway station you can go for KB Square hotel which is next to this property.

Worst experience. Booking was confirmed which was booked by oyo app by making full payment and also confirmed by calling at hotel on the day of stay in morning. But when I reached their to check in, they clearly denied and said there is no rooms available. They also responding very rudely and saying why you pay online by applying coupon codes. I don't know why OYO is registering these types of hotels on their platform. If i have option to rate in minus I would definitely give them -10 out of -10.
