Its a nightmare. Staff is unbothered to your complaints. Its extremely noisy. The room given has a lingering smell of smoke thats bothersome. Feels like you are trapped in a smoking room. The bathroom has a fungus laden curtain inside and intense smoke smell. Its overall a very harrowing experience.

My worst experience is to stay in this hotel on 26 September 2023. The room provided was so noisy, even the child found it difficult to sleep at night as it was next to the hotel kitchen. Old and noisy ac unit. The refrigerator was broken. The TV card wasn't charged. Out of three outlets, only one was functional. The floor was filthy. Very poor choice to remain in it. There were bugs in the bed sheet and the bed ply was thin.I complained at reception, but the front desk employee said nothing. This is my first 1 star ratting ever.

The place is located in the heart of the city that is sector 17! Everything is in a walking distance. Coming to the rooms, everything is made in rustic ancient kind of feels. We had a round bed which was interesting to see. Please keep your doors locked if you’ve ordered room service because the person presses the bell, opens the door and walks right inside your room! This was a very rude and unprofessional behaviour that felt really weird! The place is a little costly according to the ambiance and view offered. They just charge you for the location. The free breakfast was average. Overall you can stay here if you want something around sector 17 or/and if you like old rustic British feels !

We stayed for 2 nights in a double room with balcony. The room was clean and tidy. Unfortunately it was located right outside reception and the doors are very thin. The balcony is also completely neglected and used as a dumping ground, No separation from other rooms either. The cost is too high for the quality. This is a standard basic hotel, nothing exciting but will fulfill your needs if you're not looking for anything special.

I am a doctor and stayed in Chandigarh multiple times in different hotels, but It was a pretty bad experience till date. firstly they don’t allow you to eat from outside and when I ordered from there menu (too expensive) I got gastroenteritis within the same night, the AC of our premium room was not working for one whole day and when I asked room service they just told “sir light chali gayi hai” can you imagine, no power supply in a room for the whole day, they were themselves making changes in our food menu and serving us telling that you only ordered it and you have to pay for it, in short it was very bad experience here, staff is behaving like it’s my fault to stay here, please don’t go for it.
