This Hotel deserves 0 stars, please. pathetic Check in experience at this hotel and a very very very bad service provided by OYO this time. Rooms of this hotel is extremely small (12*10) size, water bottles are charged Rs. 30 per bottle. Check in denied by hotel staff by saying that hotel owner have given clear instructions not to allow anybody who have made payments online. I have to wait almost 45 minutes outside at 12:30 pm afternoon with my whole family including 4 ladies 2 infant childrens and my brother, after so many phone calls to OYO customer care, receptionist allowed check in. No recommendation from my side. Please do not book any hotel from OYO or if you are going to book, please do not pay online, else hotel staff will not provide you entry to the hotel.

I think 1 star is more than what the hotel/property is deserve. Hotel owner is a cheater, in every way he is charging extra, even in food, water bottle. Also for service you have to reach out to the owner multiple times, then he will listen.
And the time of checkout he will ask to show the mobile to check for booking id and he will submit five 5 star ratings and good reviews without your knowledge.
I have already informed oyo multiple times. But no actions taken from
OYO (@oyorooms) / X.
Room is also not clean and what ever hotel picture is showing on every app, is totally opposite in reality.

Two rooms booked and paid in advance.
This is same day other hotels stay bill, Along with two ladies two man and one child.
This attachment sent through email for your reference.
Rich inn manager denied to stay in paid rate.
Hi was demanding 400 rupees per room per day extra...
And also denied extra money bill.
And now Oyo denied to refund.
Please arrange to refund.
Disastrous... Worst experience ever had.

Very unprofessional!!!
Despite booking well in advance, the property owner denied the room at first. When we had a detailed discussion on the booking and process, he informed us that he can't let us check in as we have paid a lesser amount at the time of booking. Now, we have to pay an extra amount as per their standard room charges. Only then we can stay.
My questions were simple:
1) If you don't let anyone check in at a lower price than your standard charges. Why would you show that price at the time of booking??
2) Why does anyone book well in advance, when they have to go through such a last minute rush??
3) You should have cancelled the booking earlier so that we could have checked other options, but why are you making this so annoying at the time of checking in only?
4) When asked for cancellation and refund, even for that they said it wouldn't be refunded now.
For all those logical questions I got very unprofessional, unsatisfied and unacceptable answers.
This was a nightmare for me facing such embarrassment for me and my family.

The room is also not clean, and whatever hotel picture is showing on every app is totally opposite in reality. Please check the expiry date of the water bottle you get from the hotel. My family suffered from vomiting after 7 hrs of drinking hotel water they provided expiry date water, and rooms were stinking too.
