Good location, next to the road. Small hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful paintings on the walls in the room, dip into the rich history of India. The main thing for me is the presence of a hair dryer. This is rare in Indian hotels. Delicious dinner room service. Nice and aesthetically pleasing. Pleasant owner, came up during breakfast and asked if everything was in order during my stay at his hotel. Professional staff. Helped to unload the suitcase from the car. Airplane tickets printed. Helped several times to weigh my suitcases because domestic flights are only 15kg. Thanks for make my stay pleasant

The staff is extremely kind and always available. Room Service was Spot on. Though kettle in the room was not working but housekeeping were on their toes to replace it. What has truly impressed me is their service. Many hotels even the 5 stars sometimes fail to deliever what these guys have. From the door keeper to the receptionist and people in the restaurant, everyone has a smile on their face and would greet you with utmost respect. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking out for a place to stay in Amritsar

Great location, room was clean Air conditioning was effective but same can't be said of plumbing in washroom. Restaurant service was good and food quality satisfactory . You can walk down to Starbucks and Haldiram both at 500 m distance. There were pubs also in vicinity

Worst hotel in amritsar. Im frequent traveller to amritsar but never had any pathetic experience like this hotel. Please dont believe the images and reviews. They say hotel is 4star hotel but the condition doesnt deserve 1star. The service is worst. No staff to listen to your request. The towels are dirty. No dental kit. Bathrooms are dirty. Linens are smelly. If there is an event ongoing in the hotel then only god will help you. This type of behaviour was not expected from a hotel in this holy place. Please try to avoid this hotel.

The property is decent enough to have a short stay with a posh locality and ample choices for eating joints around it. The food quality of the hotel is good and the service is also OK.
