Poonam the front desk staff was really helpful even before we booked the hotel and also during our stay. Overall our stay was very comfortable, very courteous staff, good rooms with nice interiors, bathroom was a bit small though, delicious food, service was also very good. Would love to come back again.

I went on a trip with my parents to Amritsar. We stayed here for a day in a deluxe family room. The size of the room was quite small ( considering it was family deluxe room ). Bathroom was also small. Overall the space was not enough for three people. Coming to their breakfast, it was awesome. There were so many options and the cooks including serving staff was professional. Food was also tasty. Staff is excellent. Front office people are so helpful and calm. According to the prize point, I felt room did not marked the excellence otherwise all the other things were good. Location is awesome. All famous attractions are nearby.

Recently stayed in country inn, it's not a good property at all rooms and especially washroom are very very small. Extremely over prized as facilities provided are not at all worth it. We booked using make my trip which says lunch and breakfast included but when we reached property they said food will not be served and you need to pay extra for that , they did not informed this while booking or before reaching hotel. Corridor of floor are so hot it's very difficult to stand and wait for lift, when we complained about that they advised to stay in room and avoid standing long in corridor. Really we had a very bad experience with this property and MakeMyTrip booking.

My favourite hotel in Amritsar. I have been staying here for many years. Rooms are reasonably spacious and bathroom is adequate. Room cleanliness can be improved upon. The new Zafran terrace resteraunt is really nice with a large variety of food options available. Staff are very helpful and go over and beyond normal call-off duty. Special mention to Meenakshi who lights up the place with her amazing smile.

It was my wife's 61st birthday (completed 60 years) and my son booked this Hotel for two days. The Hotel was informed about the occasion and as a very nice and pleasant gesture they arranged a beautiful cake as a compliment from them though initially the man at Reception behaved in a very weird manner with my son. Anyway we are really thankful to the Hotel.
