It was totally opposite from the pictures very bad experience no facility for early checkin lift was not working and the money qas not refunded even though we did not checked in. Please dont book this hotel.

I have travelled extensively but this is a first time I saw such blatant inconsistencies with what's written on booking websites to what's really available on site. The hotel was very dirty, the floor was visibly black and brown as if it wasn’t cleaned in ages. The bedsheets, blankets, pillow cases are probably cleaned twice a year or less and they smell of all the people who have used it previously. The pillows had the stuffing coming out. The rooms were musty and triggered an allergic reaction in my husband. All this in the Standard AC Room, we had 2 rooms, both were the same. Also, the MCV in our room kept tripping, it took us forever to get hot water for our baths and we could not even charge our phones. The location is good with respect to the Golden Temple, but it could be so much better if they just maintained hygiene and cleanliness. The staff was not bad but they can only do what their bosses say. So, I would advise the owners to work on the cleanliness factor in a big way.

Very good service and support by Chandan ji. A good option to stay there. Rooms are good.

5/5 a year ago on Google Great experience with this hotel at this price range. Staff is very good specially Mr. Chandan is very co-operative member of the staff. He arranged all the things we want from them. There are few things to improve with the hotel, inside food facility should be there even though Chandan ji have arranged all the food requirements

All Good Staff well behaved near Darbar Sahib.. Jaaliya wala bagh Big Rooms I shocked Fan 🪭 in washroom clean😲 Rooms❤️❤️
