If there was negative star, I'll give all negative star to this hotel. Worst experience !!!!! Not worthy hotel. Total loss of money if you book this one. Worst of all, the receptionist asked me for my bike keys for parking properly and he used my bike for his personal use and I got this to know when I checked the fuel indicator of my bike that he used a lot. He might have driven my bike at least 50-60 kilometres. Also next day he asked me for the bike keys again to go outside again. This hotel rooms are not that much good. Room, bathroom and toilet are not cleaned. Lights are not working properly. There was no remote control for operating AC. Bed, blanket, cushion, bedsheet cover and towels are not washed properly. There was dirt on each of these. There is no TV in room. AC smells like cigarette smoke. Windows are broken. Daily Water shortage in morning from 5 AM to 10 AM. If you have plan to go get fresh in early morning, there is no water supply. Just imagine you seat on toilet, do the stuff and there's no water to use. There was hairs ( private part hairs) all over floor of bathroom. Toilet sprinkler is broken and not working. Wifi not working.

If ever gotta get a chance to see the location then for heaven's sake please thank it and stay away from it. Didn't have negative ratings so at least what I can do is put a Single Star which they don't even deserve. Lemme Share some of the reasons Why do I rate 1 star. Location: It's present far from the main road and in an isolated area where hardly any auto passes. Service: Services are Nightmares, they don't even know how to treat customers. Last time they fought with me because of booking through OYO and not by coming there and booking through them in person. They even threatened me that If we the hotel staffs deny that we don't have a room (even if they have rooms) then who would you be approaching? Interior: Worst than a junkyard. They have a TV inside every room only for Showcase. The bathrooms aren't well maintained. Hopefully, the AC is working properly. You won't believe me that even they don't have fans attached. Price: Overpriced. If booking via OYO, might cost you cheaper. Else Avoid.

Such worst place visited so far in my life. No words how the rooms were. Took a video but can't share here. You can't stay even 15 minutes. Full of seepage and paint removal every corner, dirty walls and beds it's not one room I entered all rooms to see whether they have any better room. Very bad experience so couldn't check in . This place full of illegally engaged youngsters they book for hours and I have seen plenty of booking in front of me. Never visit this place you may come to trouble. OYO only making money out of your name but don't know what is what in field. Don't book for money OYO keep visit your collaborated hotels to check the quantity and services extension to customers by them. Disgusting OYO and KUNal palace

This place full of illegally engaged youngsters they book for hours and I have seen plenty of booking in front of me. Never visit this place you may come to trouble. OYO only making money out of your name but don't know what is what in field.
