The location of this hotel is very remote, staff is not well trained, they are illiterate as far as accounts or invoicing is concerned. The rooms are very stinky, full of odor due to seepage, they tend to show u rooms with such condition only. To have a transportation facility is a big question mark. Language is also one of the barrier as most of the are staff from Assam. I strongly Donot recommend this hotel. High price compared to facilities, location and room maintenance. receptionist/manager straight up said please call up ahead of time when you book as they charge more than what i had paid for a room using oyo. later on the electricity was out for 2 hours and the whole day there was no water in the bathroom and no water was provided by the staff as well. I had really bad experience over here and would ask everyone to not go there unless you want to be ripped off.

Abusive staff. I booked the hotel via OYO on my trip to mumbai.. first they cancelled it.. then.. when i called them to chk.. his response was .. "Nahi hai room.." meri marzi .. mera hotel hai.. saala ben***d.. and he hung up.. and this was the only conversation.. i even complained with OYO. But I don't think.. anything will happen..

I and my friend checked in this hotel via the agoda app. We were given a room in the ground floor, which did not have a pair of overhead lights. Very disappointing room service, they would not come to your room when you complain regarding certain facilities not functioning properly. There is no complimentary breakfast, and very high prices of food stuffs. The attitude shown by the manager was never endearing. They have a very poor vehicle parking lot, crowded by poultry. Not much facilities are present near it, for which there is peace in that area. Wifi fluctuates like anything over there, and they would never correct it.

this Hotel is Scam just run away. I booked a room here through mmt and the manager started asking for extra money though I already paid and booked the amount. he said that because you booked the room in a discounted rate you need to pay the remaining price or you won't be getting the room and he was rude while telling that. This is a legal offence and the hotel owner, Oyo MakeMyTrip should be sued for unfair legal practice. if they can't provide room for the price they list in website they shouldn't be doing that. This caused me unnecessary trouble and MakeMyTrip just moved my booking to shut me up.

The receptionist/manager straight up said please call up ahead of time when you book as they charge more than what i had paid for a room using oyo. And later on he told me.that there aren't any rooms available and he gave me the smallest room that he had whereas i had opted for the biggest one in the hotel. later on the electricity was out for 2 hours and the whole day there was no water in the bathroom and no water was provided by the staff as well. I had really bad experience over here and would ask everyone to not go there unless you want to be ripped off.
