The room was okay bt had mice and everything on the sealing and food services are mych worse than you can imagine placed and order one hour before and if we called them asking for our food they will stop answering your calls, and the person on the reception was so rude omg.. Overall very pathetic experience... The room which was allotted there toilets were nt clean had to ask them to clean it n while was asking them that toilets aren't clean the guy who showed us the room was running.. Horrible food.. Horrible staff.. Horrible service.. Worst experience ever...

Property from outside looks very average. Even the rooms and corridors are not with good appearance. Rooms are small. But clean and well maintained. I stayed for 4 days. I was happy about the neatness about the rooms. What disappointed me was none of the housekeeping cleaned the room for 4 days and also did not supply drinking water as oer promise everyday. The breakfast starts at 9 am here which is very late. Most hotels start at 7.30 am. I had conference at 8 am and had to miss breakfast everyday even though i had paid for the package. Hope the hotel will work on these aspects so that we can visit again. Its economical and has lots of nice food zones, mall around within walking limits. Also has an Inox in the next building. The pub music and beats can be heard till 1 am as they may share the common wall. You have to learn to ignore and sleep. Overall it is satisfactory.

Hotel is ok ok if you are staying for one or two days for your work. You will get your breakfast somewhat late as per Mumbai fast life at 8.00am.

Very bad experience in my whole life very stinky place reception staff is don't know how to talk people rooms are not cleaned at all so many mosquitoes are there to welcome you and towels are very dirty So not to book hotel at all Thanks

DO NOT BOOK IT. This is one unprofessional hotel. They will say that the hotel is overbooked and so they won't be able to accommodate you. They will then add 600+ rupees to your online booking as "Other Charges" and demand extra money as "pending payment". If you book, you will be utterly disappointed. Saw at least 5 guests taking to the customer care reporting the extra charges.
