The surrounding greenery is serene. The external appearance is quite pleasing too. However, the rooms require a bit of maintenance. The service was quite decent, however they need to up their game as basic amenities like comb or hair oil were not available. Another thing was that I couldn't find a single dustbin in the spacious living area, bedroom as well as washroom. Breakfast was OK, however, the varieties should be added. Its understood that as the restaurant is pure vegetarian, egg varieties could not be added but a juice could be added along with another food item. Also, hot water takes around 5-10 minutes of continuous regular water flow before actually giving you hot water.

Awesome rooms. Excellent service. Blissful ambiance and warm friendly staff. We stayed at mint for four days in room 204. The room is really really big with a spacious balcony. And I am really thankful to the staff, specially Manish, Amruta and Mahesh for making our stay pleasant and Hassle free. Trust me anything you need is just a phone call away. Just dial 0 and they would be there for u. And don’t miss the restaurant which is the best part of the hotel... awesome food and awesome ambiance... Thank you guys .... I wish I come again soon...:)

Very pleasant place come have a nice brunch. Their hummus was great. Ask for extra chips for more people. Their salad and quantity of food is decent and their pizzas are pleasant and not guilt inducing. The menu also is well written describing everything properly.

Place is spacious and good only if they can keep it clean and maintained. Location is excellent. Better to give it a miss. In a long stay, they claim we clean the room only if Guest requests. I was shocked. Place has not been painted in years. There is liquor stains on walls. Totally unprofessional. Not sure how they have three star rating. Only saw one staff member who does cleaning on request. Attends wi fi that doesn't work on first floor and any other work. They dont even place water bottles in room without request. Guys you can give it a miss. They dont have breakfast spread today and they say, we dont have enough guests. Then they say we will serve you on table. Anything as basic as juice becomes chargeable. Horrible experience!! There famous Sante Restaurant has house flies in abandon, probably not visible when patrons fill it in the evening.

Rooms are super huge ! Although the other facilities aren't that great, it's clean and hygienic. The switches near the bed don't work and it's my fourth visit here and it's still not fixed. The staff is helpful and nice. It's located in an excellent place though which makes me want to keep coming back, near the Osho International retreat centre amidst lots of greenery. Would recommend but don't expect anything grand here.
