This hotel nails it for the service! Exceedingly well trained and well behaved staff that is supportive and forthcoming. Very professional and helpful. From the house keeping staff to the executives at the Restaurant, the experience has been fabulous till now. Ms Roshini restaurant and front desk Ms Apeksha and the guy from chandigarh Harjeet Singh deserve a special mention for their conduct towards all the guests. Keep it up. Location is the main USP for the hotel and walking distance to bund garden metro station !

Very nice room, and the staff is really helpful. Also highly recommend the restaurant! The staff is very welcoming and immediately makes you feel at home. Food is also fantastic. Don't think twice, just have the buffet and enjoy!:)

The food is great, room service is awesome. Got everything delivered at the right time. Polite housekeeping staff and others. Breakfast had so many options, all of them of good taste. Had various options for all kinds of people in terms of food. Overall a great experience.

Average hotel. It is not a 4 star property. It is a 3 star property at best. Book only in the rage of Rs. 3000-3500 Pros: 1. Location is good. 2. They have valet parking. 3. Rooms are clean. 4. Staff is responsive & courteous. Cons: 1. Pool is not operational. 2. Room furniture is old and little outdated. 3. Linen like towels / bedsheets are old and not upto the standard of a 4 star hotel. 4. Bathrooms need more maintenance and upkeep.

The entire experience at St. Laurn was horrible. We booked the hotel through MakeMyTrip; when we checked in the bathroom was not cleaned ( the toilet seat was stained ) I turned the clean my room switch on when I left the room and yet when i got back the room wasn’t cleaned. I asked if I could pay to have a friend over for a short while - this request was denied and I was told 2 men and 1 woman is not allowed and 2 women and 1 man is allowed. The next morning l ordered a cappuccino - the hotel said the coffee machine was unavailable and Nescafé was served at an extremely high price. While checking out we were made to wait for 20 mins; after which we left to look for a cab. We were called back from the road and were asked to pay Rs. 1500 extra for dry cleaning. ALL OF THE STAFF WERE RUDE, UNWELCOMING, INHOSPITABLE AND ARROGANT.
