I registered it through make my trip but when I went there they said we don't have any booking for you . Very bad service .hate it . Don't go there it's like a dark place not like the images they show fake images .

The room shown in photos and actual room is worlds apart! Hotel employees lie to you, the hotel room was paid through MakeMyTrip even then they charged money from us that too double. Now after complaining they are again lying. The service and room was so bad that we have to change the hotel the same day. Complete waste, do not recommend anybody to go to this hotel.

worst hotel that I have ever seen, very dirt if you are spending 500 or above for this hotel, pan masala spitting all over the room. I recommend not to check in this hotel.

This hotel is situated right at the roadside but there is no board showing the name metro regency anywhere. You will have to call the hotel and ask for exact direction. There is just a roadside parking. The hotel was in the 4th floor with no lift hence climbing all the way up with luggage is painful. The staff do assist you but still climbing 4 floors after a travel is a hassle. But otherwise it's good for the price. You generally get very good discounts online. Rooms were near and clean however it's just a tiny room. So overall it's a good place for a quick one night halt.

Had one of the nicest stays here. The staff and manager are really professional and are willing to help with anything needed. Great room service too!!
