Sometimes some idiot employees ruin the whole stay experience. the stupidity and idiocy of guy at reception was exceptional. Please do not ruin your day by staying here. Not recommended at all.

Had a sudden trip and got a room here but accidentally chosen a good one. Hotel is located in a good lush green area. Specially would like to thank Mr. Shravan the front office manager, he is well proficient professional with handling pressure with a great smiling gesture. But room services and Smokey rooms with cigarettes smell was bit annoying, specially for non smokers. Overall had a good experience. 👍

Worst experience ever I had in this hotel. It's really pethatic. No acknowledgement nothing Every time you call for the service they just say "abhi ja ra hai ". Just for one order they took so much of time. N the curtains of the room was so dirty n unhygienic

The room was not cleaned properly, I had to ask workers to change the foot mats as it was dirty, filled with hairs and mud. Curtains were dirty too, on windows there was food from last stay. The bathroom was smelly, not clean. The room was for two people they provided towel and toiletries for single people. It's not worth the money. The service could have been better.

Worst room service. Hairs were scattered in the bathroom and no water was in the tap and even after complaining multiple times issue was not resolved. Seems like unprofessional staff is taking care of the hotel. And almira was there but without hangers, which was not fully usefull. Overall experience was unpleasant stay..... More over if you will ask to send something in the room, managers forget and you will be ask to tell him again what was the requirement. Room service is not good and breakfast wil never be ready at 8 am.. If room is good but services are not up to the mark then I don't think you will love to stay in such hotel.. Expecting this review will help hotel management to improve the service..
