I Would rate this Hotel as 0.5 star. Worst place I have stayed so far.. Staff member are not at all eligible for Hospitality industry. Food is of the worst quality. I have given my dress for laundry and they lost 2 t-shirts costing 3000 in Total. Also, Air conditioning system did not work for 20 Days. out of my 30 days stay. They claim that they have power backup, but they did not have power back up. I have spent almost entire night without any power in hot summer. NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE

Not a good service apartment. If you really looking for a service apartment this is definitely not an option. This is actually PG and works good for cheap. Wifi never works, no hot water, AC/TV are pretty old. And the beds are horrible. They wont even wash or change the bedsheets. Everywhere there are strains on the bed sheet and blankets. My experience here was horrible I left a day before my actual checkout as the environment was no longer tolerable.

A wonderful experience. Pagoda Suites served me very well for my 4 day stay in Hyderabad. Mr Chandan who manages the place is one of the most kind, honest and helpful hosts I've had the pleasure of meeting. It's a 10 minute ride to HICC, the food prepared here is nice, the prices are cheaper than most, and the staff are quite pleasant. Definitely coming here the next time I visit.

Fast check in and check out. Courteous staff. Excellent break fast. Clean rooms. Centrally located. Toilet was stinking in room 2001. AC not working in 2004. Rooms changed promptly as soon as informed. I think they offer sub-standard rooms for on line booking and change only if customer demands. Internet not available in 2010. Travel desk asked INR 500 for drop to Railway stn which is just 3 kms from hotel. Should introduce thali for meals as A-La -carte found to be a bit expensive.

Worst service. A/C not working and even after complaining nothing happens. Even the bathroom has various leaking taps and exhaust fan was not working. All of them are greedy for money. Does not have any manners how to speak to customers. The main head is a money grubber and makes false promises. We stayed for only two days and he told that he would return half of our money but refused to do so when time came. The main head told that we Indians misuse the things given to us as if he belongs to some other place and is too caring for others. If he would have been too caring he would have definitely returned our money. Never book rooms in Pragoda. They will charge very high rates. You would get better rooms by Oyo services. At last I request all of you to please boycott this hotel.
