I rented a two-bhk apartment here for 2 days for my family's visa interview. The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the US embassy. The place is very isolated, and has zero accessibility if you don't have your own vehicle. Need to walk half a km even for morning tea. At night there are no street lights and the road is under construction with lots of stray dogs that makes it dangerous to walk at night. The apt had bad wi-fi with zero network in bedrooms, The kitchen has just a few utensils no induction or a working microwave but lots of cockroaches. The drawing room doesn't have a fan, so basically you are just renting two rooms and not an apartment. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I went there to stay to do last minute shopping before my flight. One of my friends recommended this. But seriously rooms are bad. I can list a few issues here I will recommend anyone to try RESTEL studio flats instead of this which is less than half kilometer from here and have amazing service Fan not working in the living room so whoever the third person sleeping on the sofa will have to deal with it in this hot summer . In bathroom flush was not working properly need to use bucket AC wires was hanging in room making it an hazard not cooling properly. No cleaning done in 3 days of my stay Not even basic towels or handwash available They distrub in early morning 5:30 to take out gas cylinder from room as they want it on weekend . When I asked why they couldn't take it later they just said they need it now and anyway we aren't cooking I can't see manager to complain there The boy who works is the only person available to talk but feels like he doesn't bother. And only 4 cars can be parked and those always filled by people who are staying from more than a month.

Room service is not that great. But if we manage to eat outside, the place is really good and it has a transportation like a metro and for food , everything is walkable distance.

Best PG in hitec city locality. Staff and admin manager respond 24/7. They provide good and hygiene facilities.
