Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Reasons I am mentioning below.
1 poor service
2. Wifi not work on 1st floor
3. They don't provide towels, soap anything in room
4. They kept duplicate keys with themselves and go to room behind client without client permission.
5. We gave them a payment on online mode the transaction got deducted from mine account but not received by the receiver. So they asked us to pay again and told us if the previous amount they get they will return to us so we Trusted them and paid again. And now the previous transaction got successfull its credited in their account I have shown them the bank statements and given all the proofs.
But now they are not refunding our amount.
They are totally disgusting peoples Running their business wrongly.

Liked very much treated very good. Gave us the corporate room for night to sleep. ..good experience...we went to mussoorie and came back to hotel again...

Worst experience ever!!!!!!! Won't recommend to anyone. Incompetent staff and very poor room service. Don't even think to book the hotel even if you get it for free.

Hospitality is very poor.staff does know how to behave with costomer. Arrogant staff. No hot water in rooms, rooms are good but managed poor.
Property is sold out on the selected dates.
