The hotel was fine, rooms were fine for the price point and location. But there were few obvious issues like the lift not aligning with floor. The door had issue with card key. And bathroom was fine but there would be wired smell.
More or less for price point it was fine.
Food was from A2B which is delivered to rooms directly.

Online price shows 2.3k but i think my friend and I were over charged.We paid 3k. The hotel is in the main area of the city thats what i liked about it and nothing else.The rooms were too old and there was mold and the paint of peeling off.Its just an average sized room with basic features and nothing else.The hotel doesnt provide drinking water instead you have to buy mineral water bottles from them. I have nothing good to say about this place. You can skip this place and go to some other hotel.

Located centrally in Guindy. It's well connected to different parts of Chennai. It does not have cafeteria. Food has to be room service only. Rooms are of average size. Standard room maybe little smaller for a couple. Parking may also be an issue.

Pros:Hotel is situated in front of hotel park hyatt. Location is good. Room servicing is very good. Toiletries provided and they refilling daily. Provides 2 half litre water bottle daily.
Cons: The reception guy's attitude is not oriented to customer friendly. I have came to chennai from MP for a business trip i have booked room for 4 days. I have booked through their hotel's website and paid advance amount through online. Booking confirmation also given by them. But during check in that guy telling no booking is in your name. Luckily i have took a room confirmation copy with me then after so much research he gave me a room. That room was not good. Ac was very old. Room also not as shown in website. I requested to change the room. First he refused and after couple of request he changed my room. First day itself my room was locked as card was left inside the room. I went to receptionist his behaviour was mind blowing. He behaved like a hostel wardon. Nobody will put card inside intentionally. That was a mistake. I asked him politely, but his attitude was not customer friendly. Final day when i was going to settle balance billing amount, he gave bill for the amount paid at the hotel only. I have asked for cumulative bill i.e. bill for advance and balance cumulatively according to my company rule. He refused completely and told that you have to give request online for the bill for advance. This was really ridiculous. Once Customer cleared all his due, then the hotel should give bill cumulatively. This will help the customer in claiming process. I have requested many times but he refused. i finally came out without bill for the advance. So my suggestion to fellow travellers, please confirm first day itself whether they have give you bill for full amount or not.
My overall stay was 50-50, the hotel amenities, location, cost wise it is good choice. All these pros are spoiled by the reception guy's attitude. My humble suggestion to hotel management to properly train the people before put them into job. That too receptionist like customer relation job.

The hotel is located in a nice place behind ITC Chola. The rooms were quite old and small. It appeared as if no one maintained rooms for years. The location is great - walking distance both from buses and metros. Food requires a small commute, but they are budget friendly. Overall, a place worthy only for the night stays.
