Booking once made there will be no modification allowed for the check-in dat or check-in time. Also, There Will be No refund in case of no-show. This property allows checkin only at or after 10 AM IST and checkout before 5 PM IST on the same day. Every extra hour utilized post 5 pm will be charged at 25% of the booking value per hour subject to room availability where customer would need to check with the hotel directly if extension of booking is possible after 5:00 PM with Bag2Bag having no role either in the extension of booking or charges incurred by the hotel.
Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). The rooms were very dirty. Not cleaned properly. There was no separate hand towel provided in the bathroom. The maintenance of the place was very very bad. There were seepage on walls in the main reception! Service was poor. One thing I asked from housekeeping took more than twenty minutes to come. The menu in the restaurant was very limited. The bar is dingy and very limited options. Overall a very bad experience, considering it was a Lemon Tree. I had had better Lemon Tree experiences before.

I would never expect this kind of experience with a hotel that charges 4-star rates and has hotels all across India. It was the worst from the get-go. It took us 5 phone calls just to book the room because the call centre folks were so confused. Then the hotel wouldn't confirm our booking. The front desk number of the hotel is practically useless because people pick it up and then disconnect immediately. After many calls and finally getting someone to talk to us they confirmed our booking. We also required an airport pickup for which we had already given the details to the call centre and then again we had to provide the details to the hotel. We received an email asking which vehicle we wanted to which we replied. After that no confirmation.
One day before we were due to arrive we tried calling the hotel many times and the one time they picked up they said the cab wasn't not available. We gave up and decided to book an uber but randomly got a call from the driver when we arrived at the airport. Why couldn't they have confirmed the booking and given us the driver details? What if we missed the call or weren't able to get in touch? The hotel front desk number doesn't work anyway.
All this effort, we thought at least the hotel will be good... But we were left disappointed there as well. The AC wasn't working from morning till afternoon anywhere, be it the rooms, the lobby or the cafe. And there was mold and leakage in the rooms. The breakfast was not at all good and they could neither Indian nor continental food right. Luckily our stay was only for a day. I hope this hotel shuts down soon as there is no point of it.

The rooms were clean. The house keeping staff did a good job. But very unhappy with the cafe. They take hours to refill the buffet. They will be very courteous to come and ask you what you want. But they will vanish after that. Water, tissues, cutlery, nothing will be refilled. You gotta keep waiting forever! Food was average. For the cost we pay, it can definitely be much better. They took 1 hour to complete the check in. We were sitting in the lobby for a long wait.

Below average property. Room's A/C wasn't functioning properly. The repairs were done temporarily.
Restaurant is a big disappointment. Very few options, no live counter. Worst service. Sluggish response from management.

The hotel with great ambience and a epitome of hospitality.. The staffs are very nice.... I went there to visit my friend and they helped me in filming her reaction.. which is very precious to me.. I am so much thankful to them.. I didnt ask their names but they were very kind..
