The hotel is not good at all. Check in time is at 1pm and i checked in evening and i had intimated at the hotel regarding same, but when I reached at the reception the room was not ready and it was untidy and shabby. The receptionist guy is not helpful at all instead he is very rude and full of attitude. The receptionist guy told if we book the rooms on app and if someone comes to them directly to ask for room then they give them rooms even if we have booked it prior.. they are pathetic. Service is also not good. They don't have Hotel name written outside even locals over there doesn't know that the Hotel Qotel exists there. My humble request to people please don't stay at this hotel, it's waste of money.

The staff was good. I enjoyed my stay. I would love to come again.

Good staff very corporate staff room clean and fascelity good

When we reach the location of qotel hotel there were no board or no name of this hotel and locals also don’t know there is hotel in that location, its apartment on 3rd floor of the building it’s like 8BHK room type, the living room is a reception and bedroom are the room for visitors, no cleaning, the reception boy don’t know to behave with guest he was rude, no cleaning rooms don’t have glass in rooms they don’t have plates to have food, this hotel has no kitchen this hotel is joke they only show good in pictures reality everything is fake what they show in pictures Please People don’t book your room in this hotel it’s waste of money. your spoil your mood in this qotel hotel. I have experience staying here please don’t stay in this hotel.
