The rooms were really clean and had everything you needed. The service was quick and respectful. Small needs like an extra blanket or turning off the ventilator was attended to immediately. Only thing worth mentioning is the occasional honking of the train, that you notice now and then. All in all I would recommend a stay at Bloom Boutique Hotel for anyone who is looking for a clean and central stay in New Delhi.

Great location, easy walking distance to Connaught circle, where many tours meet. The location is quiet, the rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful. (e.g I had a credit card issue and the staff were able to organize for me to make bank transfer instead) Minor negatives: I got some laundry done, and it took 36 hours, not the 24 hours promised. The rooms are kept rather warm — I found I needed to run the Aircon overnight. I would definitely stay again.

Clean Rooms, great location and Friendly staff. Breakfast is basic but a good range. Modern design and bright. Infrastructure needs upgrading. Perfect if you are in Delhi for a few days sight seeing or on a budget. Thanks to the Bloom Connaught staff you made our first day in India amazing.

This place was an incredible stay with the friendliest staff! The service was wonderful from the moment we checked in and checked out. The staff are sweet and always helped us whenever we had questions or needed assistance with getting around. They also provided free water bottles and snacks which were delicious! Special shout out to the young man Garvit at the front desk who was amazing all around. Thank you for having us in India! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Great location, AMAZING staff, excellent service. 10/10

Good as a budget hotel. Positives - 1. Friendly and supportive staff 2. Spacious rooms Areas to improve - 1. Loud noise from the train horns in the middle of the night from the train station just behind the property 2. Hot water is at best lukewarm - a real struggle in delhi winter Overall, it is value for money for only under rs. 4500 per night.
