Don't go to the property at festival times as loud music is played at the opposite mountain which comes to your rooms day and night, will defeat your purpose of going to a peaceful resort to unwind, whenever i open the balcony all i heard was devotional songs, i am not against devotional songs but thats not what i want to hear when i book for a peaceful room to unwind from the city life. Overall service and staff are friendly, food is decent. however it is a bit pricy if you book wooden room directly. The property is not worth the amount they are charging.

Tv is not working for us. Cost wise high.network not available No music in the fire camp. No kids play area swimming pool

Nice stay. Very comfortable. Issues with wifi signal. With no cellular service, wifi service should have been better. Only Bungalow has wifi.. the campfire place especially doesn't get wifi.. so its really difficult to play songs with no cellular service and a very weak wifi.. Breakfast is the best in their service.

Best place to stay in Valparai and enjoy the cool weather.staffs are courteous . Dinner & breakfast buffet is good with the consideration of the place.Morning walk arranged by resorts in their estate which was excellent experience. Great place for family & Kids.

Have stayed in this resort twice in a 7 year gap and everything is amazing about this place. It's still awesome and the food is amazing.Hospitality was too good and aravind served us very well. Will surely visit here again .
