Lovely hotel, excellent food and a very courteous and cordial staff! Would love to come here again! Beautiful experience, would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

Waste of money. Room is just ok. No cleanliness. Bed and blankets are worst. No water in the toilet.

Very bad experience. We stayed for 2 days in month of December 2022. Not even basic amenities were working well. No heater/blower which could warm the room. Water geyser takes 30 min to generate hot water. Horrible replies from housekeeping saying that much hot water you will get. Room styles are like cheap hotel rooms. Better to avoid this hotel .

WORST HOTEL WITH STINKING TOILET - STAY AWAY We stayed in this hotel for 2 nightS( 16/6/23 and 17/6/23). This hotel building is very old so rooms are not maintained for years. The main issue is with the toilet rest can be forgiven. The toilets have no exhaust fans and stink . So I contacted the reception and they said, the majority of the rooms have no exhaust fans .My wife's effort with lotions and dettol didn't work and the stay spoiled our happiness of Shimla vacation. The rusted and uncleaned picture of the dustbin attached here is one example of the quality of the stay here. The towels provided were rough and worn out and at least 10 years old. It is mentioned as a 3 star hotel , but No Tea maker - ok no problem . But NO SOAP in the washroom and they have kept only low quality liquid soap in the toilet which canot be used for face wash. Don't use the blanket kept in the almirah- it smells bad and not washed for years. The only positive thing about the hotel is the food and dining area. If you want to smell the sewer lines of Shimla you are welcome to this hotel- otherwise STAY FROM THIS HOTEL .
