Very bad experience. Toilet sheet leakage. dirty water was flowing continuously in room No. 103. No WiFi, no TV. Rotten guava were lying everywhere. Cleanliness is worst. Swimming pool was dirty and smelly.Not a single facility was provided. Rats and lizards were running in the rooms. Very bad indeed.

If you are booking Iris garden for wedding, do not book master farms for the stay. It's really unhygienic. Has big rats. We had a wedding last weekend and we booked all the rooms but they have old ac's , no maintenance. Toilet water was running, big rats were in most of the rooms. Prefer booking some other hotels nearby you can get clean and maintained place and you will save money too. There are multiple hotels nearby.

Really pleasant and clean room .the staffs were courteous felt like home. The quality of food was hygenic .close to Airport. Excellent John Francis-Kway Holidays

I spent 3 days at this Resort with my 18 family members (including Children)... We took 4 cottages and 2 joint rooms but the experience was not at all up to the mark... This resort solely destroyed our Family Trip by charging such a huge amount of money and giving 0 Facilities !!! -> There was no WiFi in any of the room and only 1 Mobile Signal was reachable. -> Rats, Lizards and Spiders were living in the rooms instead of people. -> The wires of Telephone were cut... so no room service. -> Not a Single TV had a cable connection. -> The chairs in the garden didn't had any cushion or foam... We had to sit on Iron Frame.

.Excellent property and very convenient to people travelling all over . One night halt before going to simla in this property is an experience itself.Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.Greenery is difficult to be seen in a city , but this property you are perfectly engulfed with all plants and trees like a real farm house. Overall, I had a great experience with the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. More than everything, home like hospitality was given to all guest from each and everyone. Thank you so much , will never forget my stay here and will recommend to all the agents I know in south. Thanks again
