We enjoyed our stay here. Service was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, nice to have hot water unlike some of our other stays. Location is walking distance from City Palace and shops which was convenient, doesn’t really have a view of Lake Pichola however.

Beautiful Heritage Hotel in Udaipur. Clean and spacious rooms and staff was really awesome. Front desk always attentive. Buffet breakfast was also very nice and hygienic.

Superb and fantastic stay at bloom.this is one of best small and boutique heritage hotel bloom. Which is really one of the best in all where. We had a mixed experience staying here and I would hesitate to recommend it. Positives: staff were always friendly and were quick to respond when we asked for assistance. We were told we got an upgrade on arrival (from queen to twin) and the exterior of the building is beautiful. We really enjoyed the neighbourhood. The hotel is in a decent waterside location. Breakfast on the roof has a nice view and the small, simple selection was quite tasty. Negatives: Towels were fading and stained, the bathroom is small and grimey, and overall our room was worn out and vastly different to the advertised aesthetic of the hotel. We felt like we were constantly being upsold, which we expect out on the street but not inside a hotel. We got a late night call before we arrived trying to persuade us to turn our airport transfer into a full day tour, and another call from reception to our room asking us to eat in their restaurant that night. They tried to call us again the next morning while we were still in bed. At breakfast an external driver is allowed in who approached our table and tried to persuade us to book his services for the day. The airport transfer was 900 rupee when we arrived but when I asked reception to arrange a driver for our way back the price had increased to 1300 rupee - when I pointed that out, the price dropped back down to 900, which is still relatively high. None of these are major issues but they are some of many smaller problems that added up to an overall feeling of dissatisfaction. A lot of room for improvement.

Has a wonderful food at rooftop hotel. Amazing ambience. Options for breakfast buffet are limited. Word about room. Bed was not clean. They will do it if you call them but it shows the general attitude.
