The staff is very very rude and they don’t know how to treat customer one of them was using foul language infront of ladies and very disgusting language used by them ….. I highly recommend that you can go to Dharmsala also but pls cannot go to their hotel …. They don’t deserve customers…… And they are not providing the bill also … That are cheating with the customer… On website of my phone the price is seeing 2700 but they showing me 3500 huge difference 😒…. They think that we are fools 😂 But now they will face 👍….. Good job keep doing this ….

Recently booked the room and stayed in this hotel. Hotel is at a walkable distance from Sai Baba Temple. Hotel staffs are very friendly. They have arranged the cab service also for Shani Shingnapur and also pick up from airport and drop. They charged very reasonable and no demand for tips. Hot water is available at rooms. Rooms are very neat and clean. I recommend this hotel for pleasant stay

Hotel was comfortable. They arranged cab service for us to surrounding places to visit. They will be available 24/7 . Whenever we had an issue it was sorted out. The hotel is very near to shiridi temple in walkable distance.

The staff was very rude. Service was very slow. They first talk sweetly and then fool you. They didn't even stick to their quoted price. They take undue advantage of your innocence. I do not recommend this hotel. Worst experience ever.

I stayed in hotel sai gurusthan for 3 days i was very happy. The staff and management also very friendly and they keep rooms clean and hygiene. There is wheelchair accessibility and DON'T forget to drink coffee ☕ it is soo tasty 😋👌🏻.
