The hotel is literally at the mercy of God. No soap was provided even after calling 15 times. A water bottle was not provided. AC leaks water like a proper waterfall. The room stinks as if someone killed a mouse here.

No cleanes in the room bed and pillow blanket not washed dirty smells coming and bathroom not cleaned sliping

If I had the opportunity to give them a thousand stars, I would definitely do that. I don't know how so many people are just plucking out cons of this so amazing hotel. I was fortunate enough to have a stay here. The rooms were clean, on call room service available, food was excellent, service was great. Fabulous Experience!! Moreover, hats off to their honesty. I left my new watch ( price - above 4599 Indian rupees) When I realized that the watch is not with me, I immediately called them and asked if they had got it. They affirmatively replied that they have got it.. I was surprised to see their honesty and loyalty. They could have taken my watch and not informed me. That's all that I want to say is that this hotel is amazing and their honesty towards their fellow customers will definitely lead them to a bright future ahead. Keep Growing!! #Satisfied .

Avoid this hotel if you can. Online booking is not accepted here and the hotel manager will make sure you do not checkin. He is good at cussing and showing how rude and egoistic he actually is. Spend 500-600 more and book a decent stay from either Goibibo Or MMT. Never ever book this, or any other hotel from Oyo.

Worse than worse experience. They asking for extra pay or make change in booking(change the hotel) because of discount given by oyo. And also ask to do not give bad reviews on application. Not providing lift and TV by giving reason of building renewation. Also I booked Delux room but they provided me standard room.
