Believe me as a person who goes to Manali almost every year, you will not find better deal than this hotel. It has amazing view, really good vibe, and most important peace. The best decision to choose this hotel.

Reality check: This was the worst quality experience I have ever had in my life. I booked a hut at Shivalaya Resort on June 11 and the experience was beyond terrible. Here are some of the issues we faced: 1. We managed to bargain for a single hut for 5500 and were told that breakfast and dinner were included. However, after we paid, they refused to provide us with breakfast and other meals. 2. Despite being promised a common campfire, we were told that all the wood had gotten wet due to the rain. It was extremely disappointing especially considering that they are located in Manali, where rain and fog are quite common. 3. The bathroom was very unclean and unhygienic. There were water supply problems and the bathroom was full of mold. 4. Although we ordered food separately, it took over two hours for it to be prepared. This was frustrating, especially after traveling the entire day and being very hungry. 5. The service was terrible overall. Basic amenities were not provided and when we asked for them, the staff was unhelpful and rude. This was not just an isolated case. Several other guests who checked in on the same day also had similar experiences. It seems like Shivalaya Resort is a shame to the name of the famous Shivalaya resort and huts. My advice would be to proceed with caution if you plan on booking this resort or hut.

This resort is located just beside Beas River and has a beautiful location on balcony rooms. We were delighted with the hospitality of Shivalaya Retreat . Highly Recommended

We stayed for 3 Nights in this resort. We took the upper view family cottage.The location is very good. Cottages condition are also good. Resort staffs are really helpful and always at your service. Resort staffs arranged for bon fire and dj which was awesome. Enough space for car parking, children's to play. Would recommend all, specially to all family. Definitely you will enjoy staying here.

It was an amazing experience! The resort is very close to nature. Loved the location full of natural beauty. Mr. Santosh is cooperative and humble person. Talking of the room service is also quick and responsive. Overall its a great stay. 👍
