The rooms were at par, but as we took for tripple occupancy (of course paid extra for the 3rd person), still the consumables were restricted only for 2 people. The service was quiet poor I must say, as even after reminding 2-3 times the requests were incompletly fulfilled. The dinner was served with no spoons/forks. Will never recommend anyone to visit here!!!

Located in Main area of Jaipur. Surrounding locality is Transport and mechanic area. But then it's trade-off. Morning Buffet Breakfast is a big let down. It's waste even if you take it for including breakfast package. Service was very Poor Staff is less . Cleanliness esp the quality of Linen is dated .bathrooms are small n without proper lightning and ventilation. I think These days it's high prices and low Quality era. Avoid 3 stars in Jaipur becuz they r all 1 star. All 3. Stars have same status. Go for 4, stars stay for one night less than planned but then you won't regret it.

At the given room prices, this Hotel was superb. It was clean, decent with TV, AC & everything you need. Food was also good both in quality & quantity. Staff was very supporting. I also found their room service was very quick. Thks to Broadway for making my 3 day Jaipur trip comfortable one.

The person at the reception is uterly rude and bad behavior. We traveled for 7 hours long drive and at the arrival he forced to submit the ID. T which one of my friend submitted his adhaar card and details but he categorily mentioned that until he gets the ID of second person the receptionist would not allo to step in hotel premise. If I had given a chance to give negative review, I shall give -10 to this hotel staff and to the receptionist.

One of the most pathetic customer service ever experienced. I wish I could mark negative rating for the receptionist named Harinder Singh Rajput who was available on 26th Oct 2023 midnight 1.45 am. We visited this hotel with family members of 5 adults and 3 minor childs. He took all of the 3 rooms amount and one of the minor childs Id was not available at the time of check in. We ask him to wait till morning 7 am so that we can ask our family member to send the soft copy in the morning. He behaved very rudely and refused to return our amount and created chaos. I would ask the manager to take necessary action against Harinder otherwise your hotel would surely turn into worst rated hotel soon. Get well soon Harinder Singh Rajput you are mentally retarted and a very sick person to deal with. You are not at all qualified to be one receptionist panel.
