Was there to meet a cousin. Not impressed with the hotel. The rooms were average. The food in the restaurant was above average. Not a place for a family outing. I wouldn't recommend.

Hotel Amar Vikas is located in the premium area of Indore. It is on Bombay Agra Road. It is an average hotel It is mostly used for small get-togethers... Kitty parties, ladies club meets and birthday parties. Good only for tea and snacks. Wi-fi is very slow. They should improve services.

We came to attend a marriage on 27-28 June . Room was on 5th floor and the main issue was "the cockroaches " There were many cockroaches in the room ,washroom, wardrobe and even few on the bed . I have attached few pics to confirm the same and we tried to kill as many as possible, we didn't get any solution from the staff present out there. Second issue is with the water bottles,they provide water in used bottles or bottles whose seal was already broken . We personally don't recommend anyone to book or go to this hotel as other areas were also dirty ,we did also noticed many other guests fighting with the staff with the same issues. Pathetic

Will not recommend this place for lunch or dinner. Went there since someone suggested, but was a totally let down by the food quality and service.

Do not book any event at this hotel! My recent experience was beyond terrible. "I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. They mislead me during the booking process, and when I had to cancel my reservation, they refused to refund my payment. Furthermore, they pressured me to use their own vendors for events when I had my own setup. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise against booking with them in the future." Overall, my experience at this hotel was a nightmare. They did not provide any kind of customer service whatsoever, and their business practices are extremely questionable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs. Spread the word - this hotel should not be in business.
