I have stay in this hotel week ago itz a nice experience. All rooms r good and smooth n neat check inn. Reception person is very polite and handle very smoothly. Room boys service is also nice. Its very near to airport. Rooms r good I suggest people to go hotel golden pride . I will give 5star rating

They are not even eligible for single star. I was in hyderabad for my son's abacus national competition. Even after I had a booking in OYO app, they refused to give me a room. By seeing that I've a 10 year old kid with me, they acted like helping me by offering the same room for 2.5 times rent than what it was showing in OYO app. Since it's was nationals competition, they knew that I won't get any other room in near by hotels. All these kind of people's business need to be black listed in all apps in internet. They are just looting people by taking advantage of the situation.

I stay in d hotel week ago really itz a nice experience. Very nice rooms all staffs r very nice. Very near to airport. Recpection person is very nice handle very smooth. I refer people's to go this hotel . Thanks a lot golden pride

Paid in full while booking via OYO, after reaching the hotel they denied the booking. Harassed my family who are old aged. At the same time I saw another family who had the same experience as us. Full on scammers. 2nd: I have visited the help chat already. That was not helpful at all it doesn't connect with real people, just a bot with useless options. Don't put false comments to make yourself look good.

By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my lifetime. The hotel staff is very rude and uncooperative. I booked the hotel through OYO rooms app and paid the booking amount in advance. But when I reached the hotel they denied me check-in and denied any bookings made. They demanded double the amount of booking price that I had paid through the OYO app already. The OYO customer service was as useless, as they couldn't assist me with anything regarding this problem. I had to pay them thrice the amount of booking price that was shown in the app including the money that I paid them in advance. Even after I called OYO customer service the hotel management denied to talk to them and assist me with the problem. The rooms were the worst as they didn't look like anything like the pictures that they posted online. It had no landline nor the AC worked for which I paid extra. Don't book this hotel, it's just a bunch of scammers trying to rip people off of their money.
