The Location of the Hotel is on the main Road & They have an awesome view from each floor. Their Service & Rooms deserve a round of applause. This place is good for family & friends & for bikers as well.. 😊

Staffs are very much cooperative. Specially I would like to mention the the name of Mr.Amit Roy, who has a very pleasant and cooperative personality and very much helpful and cooperative too. The rooms are up to the mark. It's good to stay here.

Superbly convenient location and a great place to stay in. It is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of MG mArg, which is exactly the way I like to stay at a beautiful place like Gangtok. We were on bikes and that made life super easy to park our lovely machines under utmost security and the biggest boon of not having to climb steps or walk up/down to get into the hotel. It was the most convenient of all. Hospitality was at its best and the manager helped us with all our varied needs at varied hours. Hats off, err, helmets off to the Say Rooms team in Gangtok

I stayed here this year. I am writing a review based on my recent experience. Staff are courteous but untrained. Rooms are liveable if your budget is low. But for high end customer, these rooms (even super deluxe rooms which I availed) and facilities are no where near 3 star as the hotel owners claim. Rooms are shabby with no electric kettle, no Dish TV package connection, and even dial phone will give you a hard time. Bathrooms are even more sub standard, with no good quality sanitary wares or exhaust ventilation. Now as far as the complementary breakfast and restaurant are concerned, the quality will definitely take a toll on your vacation. You will only understand once you experience it.

Large rooms ensure comfortable stay and gives you a sense of space. The attached veranda offered a magnificiant view of Gangtok city (Check the photo). The service is alright, although donot expect a star category promptness. The staffs are cordial and ensure that you have an enjoyable experience. Their kitchen offers decent food, more like homecooked, but if you want to try out the best of Gangtok you need to step out and explore. The location is superb, MG Marg is almost walking distance, all the essentials including drinks are available at stone's throw. That's a plus point, although this hotel is not ideal for people seeking solitude. Best part is the ample parking space and this is a blessing if you are travelling with your own car or bike. Remember parking space is a privilege in the hills. Overall fantastic experience. Highly recommended.
