The entrance to the hotel is a bit funny, but the ruins and services is at par with any good hotel. Nice comfortable stay. Recommended for short stays location is not centre of Gangtok, but easily accessible. Rooms don't have view but there is nice views at the cafe

Was logged here when i visited gangtok. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The food the hotel provides is good and decent. Location wise it is 500 meters from MG Marg and the hotel is situated in Tibet road. A good value for money hotel and definitely budget friendly for young people and couples. Also a good hotel for families.

Stayed for couple of nights, room was good, decent size, clean. Bathroom was clean as well, just like the picture. Location is just 5-7 mins away from MG Marg (while coming back to hotel it's a good 10 mins uphill walk). Rooftop restaurant had nice view. Which annoyed me is their dinner order, first night they didn't take any order for any starter, said those are not available (chicken starter is not available but available in main course), fine. Next night they had a birthday party and I ordered my dinner at 7 PM and asked them to deliver the dinner at 10PM (their last order is 10:30PM). At 10:10 PM when I was waiting for my dinner, they called me and said sorry fish is finished your item is not possible. I asked them for another item of chicken from starter, again they said that is not available ( whereas chicken from main course is available). Over the phone they started saying please hurry up we will close kitchen. I was very annoyed, didn't order anything and went to some other restaurant nearby. If you are taking an order 3 hrs before and at the list minute not able to deliver it's your fault. Instead of being apologetic you are rushing your guest as if it's their fault.

I travelled for the first time to Gangtok and Stayed in this hotel. It was an amazing hotel, 5 star style rooms with all amenities. The location is just close to MG Market (easily walkable). The bike rentals are just opposite to this hotel. The food we ordered in this hotel is top notch. But they have to improve on their complimentary breakfast. I will say, overall, this hotel surpassed my expectations. Worth the stay
