Worst experience ever. OYO need to blacklisted these type of hotel. When I visited for official at Faridabad I booked room from OYO when I visited hotel they charged extra and denied for OYO booking which was cheap. They do not update check in and check out status as they know that I will review as negative for hotel on OYO App but google review is available. There was a receptionist I don’t know her name but his behaviour like 3rd class girl 🤬. Very rude like 2 kodi ki ladki 🤬. She don’t know how to talk with customers 1. No working TV 2. No proper water 🚿 3. No Wifi 4. For hygiene you can see the images of hotel room I am attached herewith. “I NEVER RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE TO BOOK THIS HOTEL” 🙏🏻 Please spend money for better not these 3rd class type of hotels. * IF YOU ARE COUPLE THEN SOCHAN BHI MAT YAHA JANE KO.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES AT ANY COST Worst experience ever. I went for a official purpose. They charged me extra than the mentioned price. Rooms weren't clean. Can notice indecent items used by previous occupants everywhere. No proper response from manager. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES AT ALL.

Total scam…. Worst hotel of Faridabad. When you book from online they didnt take your booking instead ask for more money to book the room. I booked from makemytrip and reached to the hotel, then they refuse to gimme the room at that price. When i try to complain they tell me to wait for 3 hours and then we will give you the room. Then after so much of complaints my booking was shifted to another hotel which is 18km far away from me.

Faridabad worst hotel provided by OYO. When I reached at property receptionist said give me 100 rupees more. Bcoz we can not give you room at this much cheap price. Or you can go back. And OYO still not refunded my money. I had an exam on that day but they ruined everything. Please don’t book any room by oyo. Book from another websites.

I booked the place using the OYO app. But the receptionist told me that they don’t consider the official confirmation page as a booking. He said the place was not a part of OYO at all, and instead asked me to pay double the cost of the room, of what OYO was offering. Very shameful service for OYO.
