At the price that I got the hotel it's a steal! The hotel staff was nice and helpful. There were a few issues with the shower not working and bathroom taps leaking, but there were minute issues. The hotel was much cleaner than suggested in the goibibo all where I booked the hotel. But reaching there I found it to be a pleasant surprise of the hotel being not only located in the parihar chouraha itself, but also pretty comfortable. There's no lift so ones with luggage have to take help of the attendant. There's no bothering about tips, no pestering about ordering room service. Overall a great experience, definitely recommended if on a budget.

Because as I have seen that hotels wall didn't paint from a long time ,water supply was not good , even TV was not working may be because of lockdown. 2 satr for supporting hotel staff members..

Visited this place just to get fresh up. Halted for about an hour only. Experience was worst ever. The owner or person on the reception is very cheap minded, have no sense of how to talk at peoples interaction place like hotel reception. This hotel is also a very cheap type lodge with no amenities in rooms, no cleaning and not a secure place. OYO customer care should must make a check before suggesting any of their hotels. For just making their commission they drop me at a indecent place. Very disappointed with the OYO ONLINE HOTEL BOOKING service

I had booked this property for a 5-day business stay, but the condition of the room and washroom was so poor that I could not stay even for a single day. The bed sheet was stained, the blanket had no cover, the washroom fittings were broken, and overall hygiene was completely missing. The listing mentioned Wi-Fi, but the property failed to provide it. Even the fan, floor, and room furniture were dirty and poorly maintained. These are the kind of issues that directly affect a traveler’s comfort and safety. Despite such conditions, the hotel staff and owner refused to cancel the booking, stating that cancellations after 12 PM are not allowed. Their behaviour was rude and unprofessional, showing no willingness to understand the customer’s concern. I had booked through MakeMyTrip, so I raised the issue with them and shared all the images. After verification, MMT acknowledged the poor room condition and refunded my full amount for the 5-day stay. As a frequent traveler and Google Local Guide, I expect at least basic cleanliness, proper amenities, and respectful behaviour. Unfortunately, this property fails to meet even the minimum standards. Not recommended for business or family travelers until the management seriously improves hygiene, maintenance, and customer service
