Worst services, even after prior booking and proper confirmation they didn't allow us to enter the room. They asked for an extra amount even after paying the amount at the time of checking-in. Please do not book and even visit this hotel, this is the worst hotel in Bhopal.

My experience in this hotel was very disappointing. Room service is extremely poor – staff doesn’t respond on time. Inside the room nothing was working properly – AC was not cooling, TV was not functional, and even the phone was dead. For the price they are charging, the facilities are not worth it at all. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone 🙏

Booked this hotel through FabHotels at 9:21 PM for same-day check-in at 11:00 PM and paid ₹400 in advance. On arrival, I was told the hotel was already sold out. FabHotels’ customer support was unreachable and provided no help. Left stranded despite a confirmed booking. Very disappointing experience. Still waiting for my refund. I booked this hotel for me, my wife and my baby through FabHotels at 9:21 PM for same-day check-in at 11:30 PM and even paid an advance of ₹400. However, when I reached the hotel, the staff clearly told me that the property was already sold out and that they had no room available for me. What made the situation worse was FabHotels’ customer support — I tried calling multiple times, but my calls were either not answered or kept on hold without any resolution. I was left stranded despite having a confirmed booking and payment proof. This shows a complete lack of coordination and accountability. Extremely disappointing service and a total waste of time. I strongly advise others to be cautious while booking through FabHotels. Avoid booking this particular hotel as well. Still waiting for my refund.

The experience was quite good, the staff was very cooperative and the food was also good but there was a little problem with the room door and the geyser in the washroom was also not working properly, otherwise everything was fine.
